Glowa keeps booking updates, payment milestones, and provider checks together so both sides can follow the same details in one place.

ID verification before providers go live

Providers go through ID verification before clients can find and book them in the app.

They must also complete payout setup, location details, phone verification, and availability before accepting bookings.

This reduces false availability and helps clients browse providers who have completed their setup.

Protected booking details

Booking updates, payment changes, reschedule requests, and in-app messages stay attached to the booking itself. That keeps important details in one place instead of spreading them across texts and outside links.

Public maps show an approximate provider location instead of exact coordinates.

Escalation

If a booking, payment, or onboarding screen looks wrong, check the booking or dashboard page first and try again once.

If the issue continues, contact support and include the booking or provider details so the team can help faster.
