What we collect

We collect the details required to run the marketplace: account identity, profile information, booking history, message history, payment references, and location details needed to match clients with providers.

When you use booking or provider features, we may also store travel radius settings, availability schedules, notification preferences, and other details needed to keep bookings and payments accurate.

Why we use it

Glowa uses this information to support discovery, booking coordination, secure checkout, reminders, payouts, and account security.

We only show the minimum public profile information needed for the marketplace. Public maps show an approximate provider location, and booking-specific details stay in signed-in areas of the app.

Payments, messages, and retention

Payments are processed through Stripe. Glowa stores the booking totals and payment details needed to confirm bookings, handle retries, and process refunds when required.

Messages and booking history are kept to support past bookings, dispute resolution, customer support, and fraud prevention. Access is limited to the people involved, authorized admins, and the trusted services needed to run Glowa.
