Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds in Glowa depend on the booking details, the provider’s late cancellation settings, and whether a deposit or remaining balance has already been paid.

Before payment is completed

Bookings that require a deposit stay pending until the payment window closes or the payment succeeds. If the hold expires before payment is completed, the slot can be released automatically.

If a payment page expires or fails, open the booking to check whether you can try again.

After a booking is confirmed

Confirmed bookings follow the provider’s cancellation rules. If the provider charges a late cancellation fee, that rule is shown before you approve the change.

Refund estimates shown in the app are tied to the booking history and payment references stored for that booking.

How to review the latest details

Always check the booking detail page for the latest payment update, cancellation request update, and any approved refund outcome. That page has the latest money details for that booking.

If the booking details and payment details still do not match after refreshing, contact support with that booking open.
